2025 Toyota Supra Track Edition: A Less Powerful Final Special Edition Released for Australia

Toyota has released a final special edition of the 2025 Supra for Australia. The Supra Track Edition boasts performance-oriented tweaks but comes with a reduced horsepower output compared to the standard model.

The Track Edition features:

– Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires
– Upgraded suspension with adjustable dampers
– Lightweight 19-inch forged alloy wheels
– Sporty bucket seats with carbon fiber inserts
– Carbon fiber trim throughout the cabin

Unlike previous special editions, the Track Edition produces less horsepower. The 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 engine now generates 382 horsepower, down from 402 horsepower in the standard Supra. However, Toyota claims the reduced power improves the car’s track performance by optimizing the balance between grip and power.

Toyota’s engineers have retuned the car’s suspension for increased responsiveness and body control. The adjustable dampers allow drivers to fine-tune the ride quality and handling characteristics to suit their preferences. Combined with the sticky Michelin tires, the Track Edition promises exceptional grip and cornering ability.

Only 100 units of the Supra Track Edition will be available in Australia. Each car will feature a unique numbered plaque on the dashboard, signifying its exclusivity.

The 2025 Toyota Supra Track Edition will go on sale in Australia in early 2025. Pricing has not been announced, but it is expected to be higher than the standard Supra.

The 2025 Toyota Supra Track Edition is a fitting send-off for the iconic sports car. While it may have less horsepower than its predecessor, the Track Edition’s optimized performance and exclusivity make it a desirable choice for enthusiasts seeking an exceptional driving experience.
